The newest design for my digigrade stilt. I still have no idea how I'm going to make this thing work.

Nice design, I've been designing and making a few stilts on my own for athletic and fitness reasons. If you don't mind, could I try your design; granted with a few modifications. I've never tried making digitgrade stilts with aluminum tubing.

By all means, go for it. I suggest thigh supports. That seems to be a necessity I hadn't accounted for. And make sure that the balance is good. Keep the "foot" in the center, as close to the midline between your knees and ankles.

Heh, I just need to figure out what materials to use. I got some ideas, but they're not 100% figured out yet. If I knew about materials, and could get them, I could build them myself, and then I could build the rest of the costume (I want to figure out the legs before I go all-out).
